Paul Fogleman and Lynn Percival Join Firm

RALEIGH, N.C., July 9, 2012 – Poyner Spruill continues to add to its talented roster of legal professionals as the firm announced today the addition of two new attorneys. Both Paul Fogleman and Lynn Percival join Poyner Spruill as associates in its Raleigh office.
Fogleman represents and advises financial institutions, lenders and real estate developers. His practice focuses on financial services and real estate law including commercial loan and banking transactions, real estate acquisitions and developments and asset purchases, sales and other divestitures. Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Fogleman was a law clerk for the Honorable J. Douglas McCullough of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Percival joins Poyner Spruill’s growing Privacy and Information Security practice group. His practice focuses on privacy, information security and records management including compliance and risk associated with these areas. He assists in responding to security breaches, developing and implementing records management programs as well as drafting privacy notices, contracts, policies and procedures. Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Percival served as a law clerk to both the Honorable Sanford L. Steelman, Jr. and the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
