RALEIGH, NC – Poyner Spruill’s Manager of Client Service & Strategy, Brandi Hobbs, has been invited to present at the University of North Carolina School of Law’s 2018 Festival of Legal Learning. The festival will take place February 9-10 at The William & Ida Friday Continuing Education Center in Chapel Hill.
Hobbs will be presenting Legal Practice: Networking and Client Relationship Building, on how to build relationships that last. Her session will help attendees identify key relationships and develop habits to strengthen them. Attendees will receive a sample annual business development plan and leave with an understanding of strategic identification, cultivation, conversion, and retention behaviors that lead to mutually beneficial business relationships.
In October, Poyner Spruill hosted sixteen students from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill for the UNC School of Law Career Trek 2017. These students received career and practice development advice from private practice financial services attorneys and in-house counsel. Hobbs’ session will recap and build on the fundamentals covered in October.
