A nonprofit organization based in Omaha, Pension Council of the Midlands is a collection of professionals dedicated to proper administration of retirement plans. Mayo’s session included a look at key updates including legislative, executive, and regulatory changes. Her six-hour program offered insight into all relevant retirement plan developments from the past year, including IRS limits on pension contributions, adjustments to ERISA penalties, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, the Bipartisan Budget Act, Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs), and much more.
