Poyner Spruill LLP is pleased to announce Andy Blair has joined the firm as a partner in the Trusts & Estates practice group.
Blair completed his undergraduate studies in business management and finance at North Carolina State University. He also received an MBA from North Carolina State and is a certified public accountant. He earned his J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
Blair brings extensive experience in advising clients on complex tax and estate planning issues as well as preparation of wills, asset protection trusts, GST trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and other planning documents. He will focus his practice on advising individuals and closely-held business owners on a variety of legal matters, with a particular focus on contract negotiation and drafting, business and employment counseling documents, and helping business owners prepare for long-term succession plans.
