During the presentation, Law Firm Leaders: Building A Brighter Future, Cahill and his fellow panelists discussed environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs; hybrid workforce best practices; diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives; and new practices that enhance and support firm professionals.
As managing partner, Cahill is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day business affairs as well as developing strategies and goals for the long-term growth of the firm. This includes fostering the firm’s culture and ensuring the work environment is one that supports the goals of not only the firm but the individuals as well.
