Biography
Tia assists municipalities, counties, governmental agencies, and private clients on matters related to zoning, permitting, code enforcement, ordinance drafting, appeals of local decisions, public records, and other local government issues. Additionally, Tia assists clients in commercial real estate transactions, including development and leasing of commercial real estate, and in cases involving both tort and contractual liability.
A graduate of Campbell University School of Law, Tia routinely competed as a member of Campbell’s Moot Court Team from 2021 to 2023. She won the 2021 Richard A. Lord Moot Court Competition and placed as a Semi-Finalist in the 2022 Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition. Tia also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Southern Journal of Policy and Justice, Volume XVII. She previously worked as a Summer Associate before joining the firm.
