Construction Litigation Associate

Poyner Spruill LLP seeks diversity of experience and fresh perspectives in the people who join our firm.

We are currently looking for the right candidate for a construction litigation position in our Raleigh office.  This is an opportunity to join a busy, thriving practice in a firm that is growing and changing.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of private law firm experience, excellent litigation skills, experience handling construction contract and/or defect claims, and client advocacy in litigation and alternative dispute resolution settings.

This position will work with two busy partners with growing practices and will have much hands-on experience and client contact.

We are looking for someone who works well in a team environment, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is either licensed to practice in North Carolina or is willing to apply to the Bar immediately.
