Stephanie represents clients in a broad range of transactional matters. She has extensive experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate. She also advises companies in connection with general corporate and contractual matters.

- Commercial lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants, including office, retail, and industrial properties
- Representation of utility providers in real estate matters, including easement issues and acquisition and disposition of utility systems
