Daniel Brader, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Lawyer, Joins Poyner Spruill LLP

RALEIGH, MARCH 13, 2017 – Poyner Spruill is pleased to announce Daniel Brader has joined the firm as an associate.

Brader's law practice involves representing banks and other lenders and creditors in collection, foreclosure, and claim and delivery actions throughout the state and also defends lenders against claims made under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Daniel was an associate for Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog. Before joining CSH Law, he spent five months working for the Bankruptcy Administrator’s Office in Raleigh as a staff attorney. While in law school, he served as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Stephani Humrickhouse.

He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2015 and B.A., from North Carolina State University in 2012.
