Professional Liability/Licensing

Poyner Spruill LLP has a multi-faceted professional liability and licensing practice, representing a variety of professions and industries on a wide range of issues. Professional Liability 

Attorneys counsel and represent individual professionals and corporate providers in arbitration, civil and criminal litigation, and other matters involving professional liability issues, with an emphasis in the areas of legal malpractice and construction or architectural related negligence. The attorneys also work closely with institutional clients in the area of risk management in an effort to minimize the likelihood of malpractice/negligence suits.
