Bo represents institutional lenders of all types as well as real estate developers, owners and operators in connection with acquisition, development, permitting, and construction of commercial real estate projects.

Biography

Bo has over 20 years of business and professional experience, working with a large number and wide variety of clients, crossing both geographic and industry lines. He has represented a number of business and institutional clients with respect to planning and execution of acquisition and growth strategies, and has worked with companies seeking to divest themselves of business lines or navigating foreclosures and business shut downs.

Bo works with both business owners and boards of directors, advising on a variety of business matters and liability concerns. He has represented many financial institutions and private investors with respect to all types of lending, including real estate secured loans, asset-based loans, mezzanine financing, equity participations, syndications, securitized loans, tax credit financing, and more. Likewise, he has represented owners and borrowers in similar transactions.

Bo represents real estate developers, owners and operators in connection with acquisition, development, permitting and construction of commercial real estate projects.

  • Represented investor group in acquisition of multiple tax credit/low-income housing properties and qualification and financing of the same with HUD
  • Represented developer/owner in a property “rollup” transaction, equity raise, and $100 million securitized financing
  • Represented client in acquisition, development, and permitting of $75 million medical office facility
  • Represented private investors in acquiring and developing $30 million medical office facility including a private placement capital raise and taxable bond financing
  • Represented multi-state retail client in negotiating and closing $100 million working line of credit
