Biography

Kelly represents clients in various financial services proceedings, including bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters. She works with banks, commercial entities, and investors, among others. Prior to attending law school, Kelly spent over ten years as a bankruptcy paralegal. Before joining Poyner Spruill full-time, Kelly spent two summers with the firm as a Summer Associate.
