Biography
Manuel is a member of the Trust and Estates division of our Business Section. He assists clients with a wide variety of matters, such as preparation of wills, asset protection trusts, GST trusts, and Charitable Remainder trusts. Manuel also helps guide executors and trustees through all facets of the estate and trust administration process.
In addition to his Trusts and Estates work, Manuel also assists businesses with their general corporate, succession planning, and tax planning needs. Moreover, Manuel is a veteran of the United States Navy who assists other veterans with obtaining the VA benefits they have duly earned.
Before joining Poyner Spruill, Manuel attended Campbell University School of Law, where he was a cum laude graduate and a Ben and Patrice Thompson Achievement Scholar.
