Biography
Randy has been trying cases in North Carolina since 1990, and has tried cases to jury verdicts in ten counties as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina. He represents trucking and other transportation companies, working with the companies and their insurance carriers in defense of liability claims. He has extensive experience in dealing with catastrophic injuries and is frequently retained to manage the investigation of serious accidents prior to suit being filed. He represents a wide variety of professionals including engineers, surveyors, design professionals, accountants, and attorneys, as well as other businesses in a wide range of commercial disputes.
Randy is the firm’s delegate to the USLAW Network’s Transportation Litigation practice group.
