Sarah’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of commercial, financial services, tort, construction, eminent domain/condemnation, and landlord tenant litigation.

+Eminent Domain & Condemnation
- Represents landowners in condemnation disputes over the taking of property by eminent domain
+Litigation
- Represented clients in multiple jury and bench trials in the state and federal courts of North Carolina and South Carolina
- Experienced in all aspects of litigation including discovery, motions practice and alternative dispute resolution
- Represents national assisted living facilities with licensing and litigation matters
+Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy
- Represents banks and other financial institutions in negotiating workouts, modifications and forbearance arrangements with borrowers
- Represents businesses and financial institutions in collection on delinquent accounts including prejudgment liens, injunctive relief, claim and delivery actions, foreclosures, judgments and post-judgement collections

- Represents contractors and material suppliers in construction disputes including contract, lien, and bond claims
