Biography
Stephanie focuses on representing farm credit associations, as well as national and regional lenders. She concentrates her practice in the areas of creditor’s rights, collections, bankruptcy and related litigation, claim and delivery, foreclosure law, summary ejectment, and lender liability.
Stephanie regularly represents both secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, lessors, investors, and asset purchasers. She has extensive experience in representing bankruptcy trustees, as well as bankruptcy appeals, workouts, and other creditor-oriented issues. Stephanie also focuses on consumer bankruptcy, and is a court appointed Facilitator of the Loan Modification Management Program in the Eastern District of North Carolina.
